As always, we will be exhibiting at the IBC tradeshow in Amsterdam, and you can join us at Stand 8.B61 in Hall 8.
At our booth, you can experience our product showcase under the theme “All into Networking” as well as Thunder | Core audio interfaces for Live entertainment.
More details about this year’s show will be added soon, and in the meantime, you can check out what was happening at our IBC booth last year:
All into Networking
Audio infrastructures are increasingly becoming network-based, whether it is in sound studios, audio post-production facilities, broadcast facilities, or live music arenas.
Much of the success in the widespread adoption of network-based audio interfacing technologies is due to the focus on interoperability and standardization that has been made in the field, driven by both users and manufacturers.
NTP Technology has been involved in this progress for many years, mainly based on Dante and AES67, but at this IBC 2025 we are even more focused on the adoption of audio network formats. With our all-in networking approach, we will launch support for Ravenna with AES67 and ST2110-30, as well as AVB Milan.
More specifically, at IBC 2025, we will showcase adaptation of the new Dante firmware version 4.2.7 for our 128-channel Dante SRC card and Thunder | Core products, supporting ST 2110-30 & AES67 enhancements to the current Dante implementation. The Dante firmware update will deliver broader ST 2110-30 and AES67 support, addressing key broadcast requirements. Read more in this press release…
Visit the NTP Technology stand 8.B54 and see a live showcase of all these formats: Dante, Dante AES67, Dante ST2110-30, Dante Domain Manager, Ravenna, Ravenna AES67, Ravenna ST2110-30, and AVB Milan, all in a network with a PTP v2 master clock and routing software.
Thunder | Core for Live Entertainment Applications
Our Thunder | Core product line is hugely relevant as an add-on to an existing live music system as a ‘Side Car’ to exiting configurations with a Front of House console, stage racks and a Monitor Mixing platform. With AX64, you get pristine audio conversion and a high channel count with connectivity for DADlink, Dante and AES/EBU – including sample rate conversion when needed.
With Core 256 in a dual configuration, you get a redundant playback solution when using our Control | Pack functionality for both playback and effects. And finally, AX Center is the perfect centralised FoH router for interfacing with consoles, stage, speakers, virtual sound check and much more.
Connecting the Thunder | Core units via DADlink even provides a virtually zero-latency audio transport and a guaranteed phase relationship between all audio inputs and outputs.
